Congratulations Brooky!

These 2 are cute together! All along Brooky has loved to smother Joey but now Joey has started giving his own hugs and she looks forward to this every day! He loves his big sisters!

She's Ready for Kindergarten!

Registered Brooklyn for Kindergarten at Stetson Hills today!

Class of 2030 - she's ready! The question is...

Are they ready for her?!

She got to pick out a pencil and she chose pink to match her outfit! She was very happy! Today was one of her more well behaved days and she asked me if I was proud of her since she ate all of her lunch. I told her I was SO proud of her and she's been such a good girl today as well. I said that I was going to miss her a lot when she goes to kindergarten and here's what she said...
"MOM, it's going to be ok. When I go to school our house is just right down the street. Maybe the school will give me special glasses so I can see what you're doing at home". Then she said "Wait - I have a surprise for you!" and ran to go get something. She was hiding something behind her back when she got back and then said "Mom - when I go to kindergarten you will always be in my heart!" ... and then she stretched her arms out in front wide with 2 big hearts!

This girl - she cracks me up and makes me cry. She's sugar and spice... a little bit naughty and a lot of nice! The entire time she was saying this stuff to me she also had a smirky little grin on her face! Lol... yes I'm sure she has something planned for later and she was buttering me up some.

Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance

We signed Brooky up for dance because that's all she's been talking about. She loved her first trial FREE class so we decided to sign her up and since then she is throwing the biggest fit about dancing. Ugh - gotta love our Brooky. Looks like she'll have to wait a long time before we sign her up for another activity!

She looked super cute in her tap shoes regardless!

After dinner, we headed down to our neighbors for a fireworks party - the kids had a blast! We're going to definitely try and make that a tradition, so fun! Then we headed home to pop our bottle of confetti and go to bed! LOL.  Here they are watching the "count down" on TV

Our First Gold Medal!

Brynn was in a Skills Competition for her ice skating back in January and she won first place in her group!

She was very excited... especially since Brooky has 2 trophies from playing soccer and this is Brynn's very first medal!! Good job girl!
