Happy 1/2 Birthday Brooklyn!

I can't believe it's been 6 months, time is flying by! We took Brooklyn to the doctor this morning and he said she's absolutely perfect. She weighs 16.9 pounds and is 26.5 inches long (Brynn was basically a pound bigger and an inch longer at this age so they're pretty close). At 6 months, she's sitting up all by herself, crawling around, eating veggies & she'll start eating fruit tomorrow, AND she's sleeping better. I don't want to say that too loudly, but I'm knocking on lots of wood and hoping for the best! She is such a happy girl, always smiling and she LOVES her big sister. We love her so much and her smiles make all of the challenging times she has given us all worth it. HAPPY 6 MONTH BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL!!  xoxoxo

Poor thing had to get 4 shots at the Dr's and she barely cried - she was so brave and has her band aids to prove it! 

Today was really the first day that the girls actually played together. Now that Brooke can crawl to Brynn and sit up and play next to her, they'll be having lots of fun.

The fun ended shortly after when Brynn decided it was time to clean up. Poor Brooklyn, now we'll have to start learning how to share a little bit better!

The tears quickly stopped when Brynn decided to show her one of her tricks. Uh, oh - we're in trouble!

Bath Time Fun

Brooklyn has graduated from her whale tub and takes her bath with Brynn now in Brynn's old seat. Brynn has started to sit in the tub all by herself. They're getting so big! Since baths are now back in the bathroom, the kitchen floor is not getting cleaned as often!

Brooklyn's all ready for her first swim in a pool!! We're going to Auntie Janice's today... just waiting for Brynn to wake up from her nap.

She's so excited, can hardly wait! Lookin good in that suit baby girl!

Remember little Brynn in that bathing suit? She was 8 months here so 2 months older than Brooklyn. So cute!

The girls had a blast in the pool. Auntie Janice bought floaties for Brynn so she was having fun playing around with them!

I Can Do It By Myself... well, almost!

Dinner time gets pretty hectic so when if Mom can't get to me fast enough, I've figured out how to take care of myself. I just can't seem to get the milk out but I'm working on it!

"JUMPING" into 22 Months!

In just 2 short months from today, this girl will be having her 2nd birthday! So hard to believe... Since today was her special 22 month birthday day, we went to her favorite place. Desert Tumbling! We met up with some friends and she had a blast as usual. Here she is in the foam pit with her friend Savannah.
