Rock and Rollin'

Little Brooklyn started rolling over last week and now you can't stop her! She rolls from belly to back and back to belly. Her favorite is to roll from her back to her belly and she's fast. Before I could even get the camera ready there she was, rolling over!
So proud of herself!
Getting so big and too fast! We can't get enough of her smiling face - she makes us all smile. She's such a sweet baby... a little challenging at times (especially when she is tired and we have to walk laps around the couch with her for about an hour!) but it's all worth it and I know there will be a day when we will wish we could hold her and walk around the couch so for now, we're enjoying every moment!

20 Months!

Hard to believe but Brynn is 20 months old already! The time is flying by but we're having more and more fun with her each day...
We had another mini Easter Egg Hunt to celebrate and then....
unwrapped the wiggling waterpillar that the Easter Bunny brought and had some fun!
Brynn had a blast! This might be just the thing we need to get us through the summer.

Easter Was EGGSCELENT!!

We visited the Easter Bunny last week to kick off the Easter festivities! Brynn wasn't so sure of the guy with the big pointy ears, so we sat on his lap too.
Pop Pop picked out this easter bonnet for the girls so they both took turns playing dress up!
Looking good!
Auntie Mare is here! The girls love her so much already, we're going to have a great time this week!
The cutest Easter Bunny on the west coast!
Brooklyn's FIRST Easter! The Easter Bunny took care of her...
Here's Brynn's loot from the Bunny before she woke up this morning - the bunnies were busy around here last night!
Miss Brynn in her easter dress from Nana & Papa - so adorable...
and Brooklyn has the same one!
Easter Egg Hunt 2012 begins... can you see any eggs?!
Brynn found them no problem. I wasn't sure what to expect but she waited patiently by the back door until we opened it up and let her outside. She had her basket and went around pointing to all of the eggs and putting them in her basket. She ended up with two baskets at the end because she found so many eggs! We'll have to start training Brooklyn early so she's ready for the tough competition next year.
On the move...
There's another one! The basket is overflowing...
She had so much fun hunting for eggs and was so proud - it was so cute to watch!
We made a great dinner; ham, scallop potatoes, brocolli, pineapple bake AND... the famous BUNNY CAKE!!
Happy Easter everyone! We love you! XOXOXO
What a great day - we love the Bunny!

Sisters are One of Life's Greatest Gifts!

They have conversations that only they can understand...
They share each other's bed
and at the end of the day they love each other no matter what!

Play Ball!

Brooklyn's first baseball game! We went to the new Salt River Fields to watch the Diamondbacks and Indians. There wasn't a lot of baseball watching going on, but the food and drinks were great! Brynn's highlight of the day was going up and down the stairs a million times...
Daddy and one of his favorite girls
This is Allison, Dru & I. Allison used to babysit Dru when he was a little boy and we all went to Cabo together when he was like 9. Time flies!
A fun day at the ballpark and the girls were great!

Making Memories with the Girls

Twinkle toes...
The girls had to be just like Mommy and Auntie Allison - we all had matching toes for all of our adventures!
A picnic at the park with Auntie Janice
Brooklyn loves her Auntie Allison!
Miss Brynn at the park
We went back to Turf Paradise one last time to watch the horses and have some lunch...
While we were walking outside to see the horses, we ran into the guy who adores Brynn & Brooklyn! His horse had just won him $30,000!!!!! He handed us a $20 for the girls, he's the sweetest guy ever, Jim Evans.
After a long lunch! You can see on Brynn's face that she was not a happy camper. This was the afternoon before she was sick for her very first time - so sad...
Brooklyn's happy though - and joins us for Happy Hour!
We love Auntie Allison - come back!!

Pool Day!

Since the temperatures are already getting into the upper 80's (& mid 90's by next week) it's time to get out the pools! Auntie Allison took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun filled pool day (or 2 or 3!)...
Surfer Brynn! She looks so cute in this sun shirt and it's perfect to help with her skin. I put these next few pictures on here because I think she looks so much like my Mom when she was little... crazy! As long as she doesn't take after her with the call waiting on the phone, we'll be ok!
She loves the water! (as long as you don't put her in the bathtub!)
We love pool days!
