Time to See Santa & Get Ready!!!

Hugs from Santa!

Next up - making cookies for Santa!

and some for us of course!

Joey had a blast...

and got a little too in to the flour!

Extra sprinkles of course!

Ahhh - our little Elf!

I hope you like them Santa!

We've got carrots for the reindeer, cookies and milk for Santa

One last check to make sure everything is just right before bed...

Not sure why this ended up on the bottom, but here are our letters to Santa

Gingerbread House Time!

and cookies!

Joey was really into it this year... sneaking in some candy and dough for himself of course!

Brynn's Christmas Spectacular!

Getting ready for Brynn's show on ice at AZ Ice.  She was in a group number and then also had a solo as "Frosty the Snowman"!

Afterwards with Auntie Janice. You can tell from Brooky that it's just a bit cold in there!

She did a great job and I love the fact that she is brave enough and confident to get out there in front of all of those people and do a solo alone!!!

Brooklyn's 6th Birthday!

Happy Birthday Brooky!!! Presents before school...

Her birthday crown from school

More presents!

Her reaction here was so her... I'm not sure she was more excited over the legos or the fact that she got them and Brynn didn't...

Little stinker!

Make a wish!!! Joey is just happy that there's a big cake in front of him!

A Blast From The Past... (EII Christmas Party)

One of the few days during the year we get to get dressed up and go out! Daddy's Christmas party!!

It's at the Desert Ridge Marriot and is such a pretty resort - we always have a great time.

and then we did our annual Christmas pajama photoshoot later that night!

There's one in every crowd! ...

WE'RE BACK!!!

So......... after a LONG 6 months of not having our pictures because of the hard drive falling on the floor - they're back!!!! and I think I'm almost back to having them all organized! I was worried sick about these memories and so very sad - they mean so much to me!

Here's some pictures that we took with our friend Deric back in September. I thought I had already put them on the blog but I couldn't find them, so I'm adding them again because I love them!

Brynn... she's counting down the days until her "golden" birthday! She's turning 8 on the 8th and I can't believe it! We're having a pool party and all CAT theme of course! Brynn is so big! Wearing size 8-10 clothes and size 2 shoes. She LOVES ice skating and will be doing her first competition in July. She's skating to the Little Mermaid! She wants to do ice skating camp everyday this summer and sometimes doesn't understand why she can't. Ice Skating is not a cheap sport. Mommy and Daddy quickly found out once we started looking for dresses for her competition. Wow - crazy!!!
We are so proud of her - she has great friends, reads like a champ and is so caring of others feelings. ... Sometimes her and her Brooklyn have their little disagreements - but that's all normal sibling quarrels!

Brooklyn - she keeps reminding us that she will be 6 1/2 tomorrow - June 13th - I  think she is trying to gain some extra sweets out of this one. Rice Krispy treats, cake, ice cream? She always has something in mind! She LOVES to dance. She started taking ballroom dance lessons and is loving it. She gets paired up with little boys and they salsa, cha cha and dance away. It's hilarious. She definitely has the most hip action out of anyone in the class!
She finished up kindergarten like a champ and is ready for 1st grade! She's still tiny but mighty... she's still in size 5 clothes and moving in to 6. She has been loving the pool this summer, lost her first tooth and has another loose one, and can ride her bike without training wheels now!! Her personality is strong and determined and she will never be outdone!

Joey.... the sweetest little man. He's 3 1/2 and doing much better talking recently. He'll put 3-4 words together and we usually have no problem understanding him at home. He will start speech with Ms Ali in the fall (Brynn's old speech teacher). He still loves busses, trucks, cars, airplanes, and MICKEY - can't get enough!! He's been enjoying floating around our pool so far this summer and he's almost potty trained! He can' probably do it, we just haven't braved the part of taking him out of the house without a diaper or overnight. He'll get it!
