Pre Easter Festivities

It's almost Easter and we've been busy! The Bunny's been up in the yard, the house is decorated and Brynn has been asking every day if the bunny was coming! We did some Easter crafts...

This started out great and then...

Then Brooky got mad - really mad - because we wouldn't let her drink the colored vinegar water!

After some time, she pulled herself together and continued

Not without sneaking another taste of course!

Once we cleaned her up, Brynn and I continued doing the "fancier" eggs - she was so proud!

Ok Bunny - we're ready!!

DISNEY ON ICE!!!

We went to Disney on Ice - 100 Years of Magic on April 11th and had so much fun! Brynn wanted to leave right after that and go to Disneyworld! We had wonderful seats for next to nothing and had a great time.

Wasn't sure how Brooke was going to do but she did great. She clapped the entire time and really loved it! She just couldn't sit in her seat, but she can never sit!

We stopped for bagels and cream cheese on the way home and Brynn thought it was hilarious that Brooky had cream cheese on her nose. This was her reaction when I showed Brynn her own face! LOL

Bathing Beauty!

Little Miss Brooky... this is where she spends 1/2 of her day - searching for snacks. It does get annoying, I'll be honest. I'm very close to investing in a lock at the top!

But how could you get upset with such a sweet, innocent look like that! Ha!

This one is so smart and sneaky... she's been doing so well with the potty and then the other day she came running in saying "potty, potty". I said, "ok - let's go" and she told me, "no - potty grass!". Umm... she went in the grass because she's fascinated by watching Jack go and loves to run in and tell us every time. Why shouldn't she go potty in the grass?! Jack does. Oh my, my - this one's a piece of work!

An Easter Preview

The girls helped pick out and decorate easter baskets that will be donated to the Phoenix Rescue Mission. Brooke looks so proud and Brynn was so sweet because she kept saying, "these will make the kids so happy Mom!"

We already saw the Easter Bunny this year but you must wait for the picture! Here's a preview of their dresses - I just love them! I will get better pics on Easter day of course!

More Auntie Fun!

Auntie brought some cold weather with her... Brynn may have taken that to extreme (with the hat and gloves) but it was pretty chilly one day she was here!

Of course, they roped her in to have movie night and what did we watch?? FROZEN!

She also got to see Brooky get her new bike!

She fits right in with the big kids now!

Let's Go Fly A Kite!

It was REALLY windy out here for quite a few days so Brynn got a lot of practice in with her kite. Here she is showing Auntie her skills.

While they were busy kite flying, Daddy was busy putting up the Easter Bunny - the girls have been waiting forever for this!

We had them close their eyes while she got all the goodies ready. I think Brooky is peaking!

There was a little of everything in the sleigh... some left over Christmas gifts, Easter decorations, clothes, crafts - you name it! I can't believe all of the things that she finds.
