A Girls Afternoon...

The girls (minus Brooky - she was napping) went out for an afternoon of fun and relaxation. First, we went to see Frozen AND we were the only ones in the theater so I had to break out the camera!!

Then we went to get pedicures and Brynn got her very first manicure. She wasn't sure what to think at first but...

It was SO hard for her to hold back her smile! She loved it.

Then the guy let her be his assistant. She had a blast!

and of course, Brooky needed a manicure as well once we got home! Love these cute little pudgy hands!!

Play Ball!

Bryce and Kim enjoyed a Spring Training Game together on Friday!

More Fun and CHOCOLATE!!

Snuggling with Auntie Kim getting ready to watch a show before bed!

We did a tour of the Cerreta Candy Factory and it was really neat! (& tasty!) The Cerreta Candy Company is an old family owned business. Founded 40 years ago, by Jim Cerreta, Sr. who learned candy making in his father-in-law’s factory in Ohio. Jim passed the trade to his entire family.

GIANT caramel corn bunny!

There's Mr C!

The girls and I in front of a 300 lb chocolate football

Watching the pretzels get coated in white chocolate

Then these ladies bagged the pretzels and we all got samples

There were hand painted signs all over with everyone's station

I think the girls should look happier than this holding a 10 pound chocolate bar!!!

Time to make pizza!!

While Brooklyn made pizza, Brynn learned how to wrap candy
She was really into this. Everyone had cleared out and she was still working (& eating) her pizza!

She had to taste everything to see if it was good enough to make the pizza!

Putting on the "cheese"

Cheese!! or chocolate!!

Delicious!

Auntie Kim Comes To Visit!

On her first day, we decided to go to Sea Life Aquarium...

"Hi Mr Turtle!"

Getting to touch the starfish

They had lots of these little places to get up close and personal with the fish!

A cool tunnel!

Brynn Fish!

and afterwards we had to get a ride on the bus! (this aquarium is at AZ Mills Mall)

They loved this of course!

"Thanks for lunch Mr Frog!" - we ate lunch at the Rainforest Cafe which I don't think Brooklyn will want to be going back to any time soon... our table was right by the rowdy apes and LOUD elephants! She was not a fan!!

Goodnight Brooky

Yes, all 3 of us get in Brooky's crib to read her a book and tuck her in (Brynn started this and I was added at a later date!) and yes, Brooky did carve those teeth marks in the side of her crib! Once we're out of there, she still has room to stretch out despite it looking pretty crowded with all of her friends.

National Yoga Recess Day!

February 28th was National Yoga Recess Day so to celebrate, we did yoga with one of our playgroups! It was SO fun! I wasn't sure how our girls would do (sort of thought I'd have one hanging from each leg) but they did great - as did everyone!!

I wish I had a picture of the end of class with 18 little kids laying on their backs for savasana - it was priceless! I think we'll do this again, it really was a blast!

Brooklyn thought she'd help rolling up the mat after class - good effort girly!! Just not sure how I can fit that "roll" in my mat bag!

After class we had pizza with all of our friends

Brooklyn is quite the lover these days... and she has a thing for baby Jax!
