| Today was banana day... |

| We had a happy baby! |

| After bananas she played a little "peekaboo" with Brynn. Brynn always gets her cracking up! |

| I think the banana's may have given her a little extra "monkey-ness" ... I turned my back to get the laundry out of the dryer and found her here! |

| Oh Brooklyn, she's a crazy one! She has also been working hard to crawl to Bryce and I and pull herself up to standing. She's almost got it too! She's a feisty one :) |

| We gave Daddy a new shirt on Saturday and told him to get dressed because we were taking him out and his Father's Day was starting early! We went to a place called Fuego Bistro and had the cutest centerpiece on the patio! |

| A dust storm started blowing in so before we ordered our dinner, we decided to move in so we would not have to eat dirt. It worked out well inside & the girls were great! |

| We took a few family photos when we got home. Jack always insists on being in one, so this was his shot... |

| Then, we actually got one with everyone smiling! |

| The next day we had a surprise family adventure planned for Daddy. We headed up to Sedona for a hike along the West Fork Trail and a picnic lunch... We quickly learned TWO things: #1 - Don't ever go to Sedona again on the weekend. It was crazy packed & the parking for the hike was completely full. and #2 - we're pretty good at improvising and making things work. We (thankfully) found a little spot off the side of the road where we could hike down to the water. |

| and then Brynn and I headed into the water to try to get to the shallow part on the other side. The water was freezing but you got used to it pretty quickly. |

| She enjoyed throwing rocks and didn't want to leave once Brooklyn was telling us it was time to go. |

| All and all it was a fun day. Even though we weren't able to do our original plan, we still had fun. It just goes to show you that it doesn't matter what you do or where you're at, but if you're with your family everything is perfect. Happy Father's Day!!! You're the best Daddy ever! xoxoxo |

| I can't believe it's been 6 months, time is flying by! We took Brooklyn to the doctor this morning and he said she's absolutely perfect. She weighs 16.9 pounds and is 26.5 inches long (Brynn was basically a pound bigger and an inch longer at this age so they're pretty close). At 6 months, she's sitting up all by herself, crawling around, eating veggies & she'll start eating fruit tomorrow, AND she's sleeping better. I don't want to say that too loudly, but I'm knocking on lots of wood and hoping for the best! She is such a happy girl, always smiling and she LOVES her big sister. We love her so much and her smiles make all of the challenging times she has given us all worth it. HAPPY 6 MONTH BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL!! xoxoxo |

| Today was really the first day that the girls actually played together. Now that Brooke can crawl to Brynn and sit up and play next to her, they'll be having lots of fun. |

| The fun ended shortly after when Brynn decided it was time to clean up. Poor Brooklyn, now we'll have to start learning how to share a little bit better! |

| The tears quickly stopped when Brynn decided to show her one of her tricks. Uh, oh - we're in trouble! |

| Brooklyn has graduated from her whale tub and takes her bath with Brynn now in Brynn's old seat. Brynn has started to sit in the tub all by herself. They're getting so big! Since baths are now back in the bathroom, the kitchen floor is not getting cleaned as often! |
