Joey's quite the little charmer! He's the best!

Starting to "Crawl"...

This is how Joey (or "Go-eee") as Brooky calls him - gets around these days. He's really fast and I'm sure he'd be even faster if he would just bend his knees and get his arms coordinated! He's going to have some strong biceps if he keeps this up. Gotta love the grunting! It's hard work!

Cuteness Overload!

Been trying to practice with my camera some more in my spare time - haha. Haven't been able to mess around much with the editing program but the girls will be starting school soon so you'll start to see some improvement soon!! This guy makes any picture look good!

Happy 4th!

We were up bright and early for the 8am neighborhood parade in Arcadia. The girls remembered all the candy they got last year so we brought bags this year!

The parade is only about 20 minutes long but I love it. So small and cute.

At the end the firemen gave the kids turns with the hose...

Spraying everyone to cool off! Brynn and I were the only brave ones to try it out.

"Chickie" Comes to Visit!

"Chickie" as the girls call her, just accepted an awesome job in Ft. Myers, FL! She starts August 3rd so she came out to see us before she goes on her next adventure. The girls were SO excited!

2 blonde haired chicas!

The girls wanted apple slices with cinnamon and what Chickie delivered was way fancier than what Mom ever does. Brynn thought that was pretty funny!

I bet we were the only ones in Phoenix... when it was 115... building a fire and roasting scores! The girls were determined that this was happening!

We were all sweating!

We did a lot of swimming in the pool and Icy Pop eating!

Thanks for coming Chickie - we love you lots and can't wait to see you again!! xoxo

8 Months!

8 months!! He's sitting up by himself now, eating like a champ and although he's not crawling yet, he knows how to get around pretty quickly by rolling and scooting around on his belly. He likes to play peek a boo, thinks balloons are hilarious and still is not a fan of loud noises... he gets very sensitive! He's such a cutie and the best little baby around! and... he takes baths in the sink now, he's graduated out of the whale tub! (not sure how the bath pic got on top but you get the picture!)

He went for his first swim on June 18th and he seems to like it!

This onesie is pretty fitting for him - especially laying next to his big sister. "It ain't easy being the little bro!"

We Have Swimmers!

These 2 girls are amazing and very determined... it was only 2 weeks ago from today that our neighbors came over to swim and by the very next day - Brynn started swimming. This is the girl that couldn't stand water on her face and was NOT going under! Now today - her sister wasn't going to be left out. Brooky swam across the entire pool!!!!! So proud of these girls!! They just taught themselves how to swim!
