Christmas Light Tour #1

We went for a walk around the neighborhood the other night in our PJ's looking at lights. Here's Brynn doing tree pose in front of the tree before we left. Buddy is in this picture too. Can you see him?!

Sweet sisters! Next, Brynn would like to go look at lights in the car with Christmas songs and hot chocolate (or hot milk for her since she doesn't like chocolate!) - she heard one of her friends talking about how her family did this so of course, we must too. Stay tuned for pics of that adventure. I'm waiting for Bryce to get home from CA to tackle that one!

We also had carolers tonight! First time ever for me - it was really neat. I love this neighborhood!

6 Weeks!!! Perfect Check Up with the Doctor...

I can't stop taking pictures of this little man (what else is new?!) He's seriously so cute and there's just something about his little face... I can tell he has so much he wants to tell us. I love just looking at him!

He looks like such a little man here - all grown up!

He had his 6 week check today and he's almost 11 pounds... 1 oz away! The doctor was shocked at his growth, he's doing great. He got one shot and his big sisters were there to hold his hand and he didn't even make a peep!

Our Funny Elf...

Buddy the Elf arrived the day after Thanksgiving and he's been all over the place. Here's a few of the more creative things he's done. The girls are so good at finding him. It's never taken them past 8am to find him! It's funny because sometimes Brynn can't find things that are a foot from her face, but the Elf - that's another story!

I thought this one was funnier than the girls did. They weren't too impressed!

Chop Chop...

The girls (at least Brynn) have been WAY overdue for a hair cut... We went the other day and I wish they would have taken more off than they did, but it does look a little better. Here's the BEFORE:

and AFTER!

Brooky's Barney Party!

Balloons!!

It's party time!

These two had a pizza lunch date by themselves in the playroom! Funny because Brooky gave him a big kiss one day on the playground!

Me with Diana and Annika - good friends!

Goody Bags!

After lunch - we heard the music and the kids went running. The Ice Cream truck is here!!!

and... Brooky's wish for her birthday?? Barney on an Ice Cream Truck! DONE!

She wasn't too thrilled with him at first but warmed up and waved bye at the end.

Dreams do come true! Thanks to Daddy for chasing down the ice cream truck last week and for Auntie for being a purple dinosaur for a little while! Too funny. When Barney left Brooky was waving and saying, "Thank you Barney for coming on an ice cream truck!" Ahhh - made it all worth it!

Happy Birthday Brooky!!! Make a wish!

Presents!!!

The party was a success - a fun time was had by all! Happy Birthday to our Brooky.... who's a little princess with a side of crazy. In a good way (well most of the days!) She is a little piece of work but she does add the comedy party to our family. She makes us laugh (and want to cry at times) - but she definitely is a class clown and wants to be the center of attention. In addition to all these roles she plays, she's a wonderful big sister! She loves her brother sooooo much!

Santa!

We saw Santa today and it was a success! The girls were very excited to tell Santa everything that they wanted and there wasn't anyone else there in line so we had a lot of time to spend with him! Joey was a good sport and went along for the ride! Can't wait for Christmas Santa!!

The Fastest Month EVER!

So this handsome little guy is already a month old! That was seriously the fastest month ever. He's doing so well and we love him so much! and he's so handsome in his little tie! :)

We Love You Grammy!

Grammy and the girls

Love this little face SO MUCH!

Cookie Time!

Making cookies with Grammy!

Decorating... very serious

"Are they finished yet?!"

Grammy needs to check too!

Tada! Time to eat!

Operation Christmas!

The day after Thanksgiving is "Operation Christmas" at our house! Oh and Buddy the Elf makes his first appearance. The girls were SO excited!

Grammy got to hold Joey a little extra today while we went to town with the decorations!

The girls were in charge of inside... and Daddy went to work outside.

I love this view from up top... I think I may leave the tree up all year, it looks so magical!

Daddy surprised the girls with a train that goes around the tree!

Brynn wanted to wear the tree skirt - AGAIN!

Supervising her little sister closely! I just realized we don't have any pics of the outside of the house so we'll take them tonight and post soon. It looks great! We started the trend with all of our neighbors. They've all been busy the past few days trying to get their lights up too!

and here's the outside!!
