3 Weeks!

A lot has happened this past week... Joey got his first bath which he LOVED!!! Our first baby to not scream during their bath - yay!

The girls loved washing their brother just as much!

Squeaky clean!

Morning snuggles

Sleeping angels!

Brooky giving her brothers cute little foot a kiss...

I think she's lost her mind already! Playing play dough and singing "Rudolph!"

2 Weeks!!

2 weeks already! Where did those 2 weeks go? We had friends over today because they've been so excited to meet their new friends. Little Joey has lots of little girlfriends already!

Little Betsy is in love with him. She's already made him a ton of cards!

"These pictures are exhausting!"

Proud big sisters

This one cracks me up. They're all looking a different direction... I couldn't have gotten them to do that if I tried!

Happy 2 weeks little man - we love you lots! It's so fun having a little boy around. Every time he goes to the bathroom, Brynn's new response is "Oh my Gosh!" - cracks me up. He does go to the bathroom a lot! Brooky still asks me about the umbilical cord which fell off last week but she still insists on asking what that was all about! Brynn (& me) tell him how cute he is all day long! Lol. We went to the doctor today and he's 7 pounds, 14 oz already!! He's doing great!

LOVE

The girls are in love with their baby brother... ok, well all of us are!

Watching a little TV in the morning before heading downstairs.

Brooky loves to push him in the swing!

How can you not be in love with this little face?!

Joey Goes For a Walk!

The girls have been dying to get out and get back in to our usual routine so we went for our first walk with our little guy on November 13th - to our neighborhood park!

I love our new neighborhood. The scenery is beautiful and so peaceful

Joey thought so too!

First walk was a success!

Look At Our Scarecrows!

Bring on fall!! The girls made scarecrows (with lots of help from Mom & Dad) and they look so thrilled don't they?! Especially Brynn! Can't wait for Turkey Day! We've started decorating inside the house and the girls hung up some leaves yesterday. When I asked them what they were thankful for, Brynn said Birthdays and presents and Brooky said she's thankful for BUTTER. Typical! We need to work on their priorities! Lol.

He's A Week Old!

Such a sweetheart :)
Here's a few of the pics that we've taken during his first week here on earth...

Such a strong neck already!

Brooky has adopted into her Mommy role quite well - the girls are in LOVE!

First morning at his new house!

The 3 Amigos!

We celebrated his first week by having professional pictures taken of our family. Can't wait to see them!!

He went to the Doctor on Tuesday and he now weighs 7 pounds 4 oz... gained 10 oz in a week! He must be eating well!

Bye Nana and Papa! THANK YOU!!

Thanks for coming out to help us get ready for our baby boy! We miss you!

He's Here!! Happy Birthday!!!!!

November 3rd's our special day! I started feeling a little funny around 2am and by 3:30-ish, I knew we'd be going to the hospital today to have our little boy!

He was born at 11:19am - 6 pounds, 10 ounces and we named him Joseph William Johnson after both my Dad and Bryce's Grandfather and Bryce too!

He's SO sweet!!

Can't get enough of his little face!

First bath - he was not a fan

Ahhh - all clean with my Mommy!

The girls and Nana and Papa came up later that afternoon to meet him. I was nervous to see how the girls would react but as soon as they walked in the room, their faces lit up and they just wanted to hold him right away!

Proud BIG SISTERS!

First family photo of 5!

The girls opening their presents from Joey!

Nana and Papa with their new Grandson

Listening to his first DJ mix! ... his hearing test the next day!

Our little pumpkin! We decided to go home the next day but unfortunately we didn't get out of the hospital until close to 7pm which made getting home later than we had hoped but it all worked out.

One last picture before leaving!

Ready for his first big ride in the car

As soon as we got home, we were attacked by the girls who were so happy that their little brother was home! They wanted to touch him, kiss him, hold him, sing to him - you name it!

This is going to be one spoiled little guy!

After only a few days home, he's already giving me the signal to put the camera away!
