39 Weeks - I Love You Already!

What Have I Been Up to Recently?

We've been trying to get the house ready for my new sister and my Nana & Papa's visit so I've been helping Mommy a lot. I'm really good at cleaning the windows.

Mom & Dad got new tupperware so I took all of the old ones and reorganized them - took me about an hour!

I helped Mom take the ornaments off the tree after she put them on...

and when I finally get a chance to rest, I love to look at my pictures on the photographer's website and listen to that song!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We went to Dona Sue & Bobo's for Turkey Day. The first thing I wanted to do was try some of that pumpkin pie! I opened my mouth nice and wide for that...

I had so much fun running around the backyard and playing with the ball!

Jett & Zane had fun chasing me around all day. I loved all the stairs in that house!

What a day... the tryptophan kicked in! I'm dreaming of all the things I'm thankful for this year... I'm thankful for my Mommy & Daddy, my family and friends, my soon to be new little sister, my puppies and kitty cat, all of my toys, my food, my brown bear, my Zzzzzzzzzzzz............... Night night!

I Love to Eat... and Make a Mess Too!!

First of all, I've become quite the "dunker". I love to dunk bread in my soup, cereal in my yogurt and even toast in my milk!

and I LOVE yogurt!! Can't you tell?!

Pretty much every meal ends with a dunk in the sink... I'm not that dirty, am I?!

It's Almost Time...

to meet my little sister! Here's a picture of her from last week (11/15). I think she has my Mommy's skinny lips!

Her room is ready and I like to play in it. She has a nice pink rug in the center that feels soft on my feet. Her crib is going to go in the open space here under the tree...

I'm letting her borrow my rocking chair because I'm getting to be a big girl now and don't really use that anymore!

Once we decide what to name her, we're going to put her name up on the banner. I thought her name was going to be Baby, but I guess Mom & Dad have some other ideas!

Picture Day at the Railroad Park...

My Mom, Auntie Janice & I met at the Railroad Park on Friday to take Christmas pictures. If you want to see something funny, try watching my Mommy try to take a picture of all of us using the tripod and the timer on the camera - all the while trying her best to get me to smile. It was fun!! :)

After a few bloopers, we were able to get a few good ones.

I had the most fun once they set me free and I played in the tree!

Happy 75th Birthday to My Pop Pop!!! I Miss You & Love You! (PS - Eat extra cake for me!!)

Pop Pop - I tried to call you many times this morning to wish you a Happy Birthday but you never answered. Maybe I dialed the wrong number?!?!?! This phone call had to be cut short because Mom caught me standing up on the chair (one of my favorite things to do these days!) 2nd call to Pop Pop...

15 Months Today! ... Mommy & Daddy are wondering where the time is going but I'm just having fun and getting big FAST!

Two of my favorite things these days... Mommy's cell phone (especially when I take it and she doesn't know until I call someone!) and my Brown Bear!

I spent the day running and...

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

We started the day with a little Halloween party with my play group... there's lots of us!!

I kept trying to run away with the treat bag but Mom would always find me!

Then, after Daddy got home from work and I woke up from my nap, it was almost trick-or-treating time!!! First, of course, was pictures in the backyard. I'm trying to run away from Mom here because she likes it when I stay still for my pictures but I like watching her try to chase me!

Ok fine - I'll stay still for a bit. How do you like my pose?!

I'm at my first house. Uh - what do I do?!?!

I felt a lot better after Mom picked me up!

My favorite part was walking up and down the sidewalk and waiving to all of the people and blowing kisses of course. When we were finished, Mom and I sat in the front yard and watched the trick-or-treaters (all 123 of them!) and Dad was in charge of handing out the candy. My first trick-or-treating experience was a success even though I had a small accident and ended up with a pretty good black eye - I guess I have to look out for those tables and stop throwing little fits!
