Happy Birthday Nana!

For Nana's birthday we had a surprise tea party! I have a really great picture of all of us girls and the queen - once I find it, I'll add it on the blog!

Brooky is in heaven with the top tier of her lunch choices - DESSERTS!

Brynn was all into it!

The waitresses brought her out a special cupcake and sang Happy Birthday to her!

Such a neat place...

They had a big chest full of fun hats so after lunch, we spent more time trying them on!

That night, we had birthday cake and presents!

Happy Birthday Nana! We love you!

Happy Halloween!!

It's Halloween time again and so we begin the annual pumpkin carving contest!

Silly pumpkins

Here are a few of our pumpkins - we had 4 more!

Joey and his first pumpkin

Our festive house!

"We're off to see the wizard!" ... Halloween was so fun! We had Auntie Janice come over as the Wicked Witch of the West and Nana and Papa were Uncle Henry and Auntie Em. Our friends, Robin and Jeff, came over as well! Fun night with friends.

The gang

Me and my favorite little monkey!

Spreading Smiles To The Nursing Home...

I joined up with some friends to go trick or treating at a nursing home. It was really cute and so nice to see the older folks getting quite a kick out of these little cuties!

Joey with his little girlfriend Kellie

We sat the 3 of these guys down for a picture and in a second, the girls were gone!

His other girlfriend Olivia... he's a popular guy!

The cutest monkey in a cage!!

It's Time For the Pumpkin Patch!

We did our annual pumpkin patch visit and the girls chose to do the bounce pillow first!

"Come on Brooke, get back up!"

and because they looked so cute in their pumpkin shirts, I tried so hard to get one picture of them all looking and it went like this...

and this! Ugh

Bryan loved the horses

Brooky is all smiles after riding the barrel train!

a couple more shots with the pumpkins...

and this is going to be the best I can get for 2015!

The Big 40!

So it happened... I turned 40! I had 2 celebrations because Bryce had to go to CA the week of my birthday so we celebrated the weekend before with a delicious cake!!

Made a wish - It was a good one!

Some of my favorite people in the whole world! I love how both Brooke & Joey  won't take their eyes off my cake for nothing!

Now - my real birthday was started off with Princess Sprinkle pancakes! Special request from the 2 girls...

That night we met up with Auntie Janice for dinner at Sauce and then we went to Yogurtini to continue the party!

Complete with birthday hats of course!

Thanks for  celebrating with us Auntie Janice!! You're the BEST! Should also mention that my big surprise was when I got home. The girls had been planning a surprise for me for a few days now... we were having a sleepover in the living room! They were very excited. Me - well, not so much but we did it. I was laughing to myself the next morning (after barely sleeping at all) because I rang in my 30's with wine in Napa Valley and now I'm ringing in my 40's sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch! LOL. I wouldn't trade it for the world though!

"Trouble"...

I am SOOO far behind with the blog :( ... I'm going to try to get everyone (including myself) up to speed! In October, our sweet little guy started getting into some "trouble". Well, not really but because he's so good - this is his idea of trouble!

Playing with the clean dishes...

Rearranging our pots and pans. He also started climbing the stairs - I do have a picture but can't seem to find it right now! In addition to that, he climbs all over our dog Jack like he's a jungle gym. Jack doesn't seem to mind one bit!
Flash forward to now - mid November - and our stairs our blocked with bean bags and his exersaucer but when he does manage to get by those, he climbs so quickly and when he knows you're watching he turns around and waves! He thinks it's hilarious!
